Acceptable forms of payment are cash, certified check, and money order. Receipts will be made available.
All fees must be paid on Thursday or Friday of each week. Parents are expected to make payments each week or their child may not be allowed in class the following week. If payment date falls on a holiday, fees are due on the preceding Wednesday.
Fees are dues regardless of absences (due to sickness, holidays, or for any other reason). No exceptions! If your bill becomes delinquent, your balance will be reported to the Department of Social Services and the UECC Board of Directors. Our facility utilizes a collection agency to assist with the payment of delinquent accounts.
Fees are set according to the fee schedule of the Nassau County Department of Children and Family Services.
No exceptions to the above Policy.
